Getting started on Etsy
Etsy is a great place to start to promote and list your arts and crafts for sale.
It's as easy as going there and taking 5 minutes to set up your profile.

Once you are set up you can start listing products. Etsy charges a mere 20 cents per item to be listed as long as 4 months. If your item sells, Etsy does charge you a commission on the sale value, I honestly don't pay attention to the actual amount, I think it is 3-3.5%?
You can decide where you will ship to, Canada, USA, or around the world. However if you are starting out you may want to learn shipping in Canada and USA first.
You can decide which methods of payment you will accept and how much and what products to list.
If you don't already have a paypal account you may want to consider setting that up as well. Paypal is the most universal and quickest method of sending and receiving payments.
If you check out a few of the members here, you will see many are on etsy, just follow the links to their shops to get an idea.
Once you have your basic profile/shop set up, feel free to come and ask any questions.
