Weekend To End Breast Cancer

Stay tuned! I've signed up to walk the 60km Weekend To End Breast Cancer event next June. To start raising funds I'm in the process of making pink lip balm cozies. Gillian from Gillian Beads on Etsy is making the most gorgeous handmade lampwork pink ribbon buttons for them. Proceeds from the sale of them will go towards the walk. I'll post more when I have them.

Yes, it's a national walk - there are walks in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax. It's a 60km walk that takes place over 2 days and in order to walk participants need to raise a min of $2000.
