October 19th is Linky Loo Day?
Linky Loo Day? Is it a holiday? Was I supposed to make something? Did I sign up for something?
No no and no......
Linky Loo Day is just a day that I ask you to take a couple of seconds to add a link to your profile page, website or blog and then make a post here to show us what you added.
I myself, am so very far behind on adding links, and banners that cross promote both my products, as well as my friends products. So I decided to make a day every month that I take a few minutes to link something to somewhere.
For example, I just signed up for Icraft and I have listed my first art piece there. But no one except a few of you here would even know that I am on Icraft because I have yet to post it on my website, my blog, my profile page etc. Same with Lydia's reveal, Can-eh badges, Etsy widgets and more.
Below is a check list of things you may have forgotten to add somewhere. This list will grow each month the more involved we are at Can-eh for self promoting.
Every month I will pick a day for us to set a goal to take a few minutes to add something else to our personal sites and profiles.
We belong on so many different selling venues that don't allow cross promoting. Etsy, Ebay, Icraft etc all have issues with letting anyone post a link to the "other" sites, it's kind of sad.
But here on Can-eh, that is what this is all about, Cross Promotion, linking and sharing as much information as possible. Use your profile page as the HUB of all your activities, even point everyone back to your Profile Page as it is a mini personal website.
So take advantage of this opportunity to tell everyone who you are, what you do, where you sell. It's free and absolutely encouraged.
My favorite profile page to read here on Can-eh is Jamie's aka She's Batty.
Take a look at her profile page, and you will see that she uses it to the maximum. I would love to see everyone do the same.

Your arts and crafts.
Post links direct on your photos here on Can-eh that link right to your selling venues.
Upload pictures of your latest art creations onto your profile page with links direct to the selling location
Advertising:

Gosh these people give you money, real money for clicks, sales or leads.
Add their advertisements on your blogs, websites etc.
Why not sign up for a couple of these?
Your favorite Causes
Add links to all of those events
Your favorite sellers and products on your own wish lists.
You never know who might be reading about your favorite sellers that may decide to send you a wonderful secret gift. And that favorite seller just might do the same for you someday.
Don't forget to take a few minutes to do product reviews for other sellers too. It's amazing how it always comes back to you in the end!
