Seeking Afrofest booth partner
Afrofest is a HUGE festival in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, but their booths are $500 and I'm just starting out (I doubt I'd even have enough stock to make back the $500) so I would like to share the booth to split the cost. I'm willing to go for 1/2 booth or just 1/2 a table (6 of us sharing @ 1/2 table each). It doesn't matter. f it's only 2 of us, it would be $250 each. If 3, it would be $166. If 4 of us, it would be $125 and if 6 of us, it would be $83. You can rent a table from the organisers or bring your own.
The deadline for payment is June 19, so your portion (made out to MUSIC AFRICA INC.) would have to be in to me by June 9th.
Afrofest will be held on July 11th & 12th this year at Queen's Park (downtown Toronto). A 10 x 10 booth should comfortably fit about three 3 x 6 tables.
Is anyone interested in sharing a booth?
