Maureen Anderson's Page

My name is Maureen, "young" grandma of two. I have always loved art but unfortunately life had got in the way of pursuing it to any degree.

I've been designing cross stitch patterns, trying to stay away from "cutesy" and aiming towards quality artwork and interesting, unique designs. I love the pre-raphaelite artists especially Burne-Jones. William Morris designs are my favourite right now and I love anything from the "Arts and Craft" movement of the last century.

I also work full time at a job that pays the bills and have a reluctant full time housekeeper in the form of a retired husband.
